Terms of Service

The website is for people who are old enough to place orders themselves, and not for children under 13. If you are under 18, please order with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. You must give correct information when you order or create an account.

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The price and the delivery charge you see at checkout are the ones we use for your order.
• Prices, offers and stock can change at any time without notice. A product can sell out before your order is confirmed.
• We try to show colours and sizes accurately, but your screen may show colours a little differently, and sizes can vary slightly between pieces.
• If we find a mistake in a price or description, we may cancel the order and tell you, or ask you whether you still want it at the correct price.

Placing an order is a request to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it, usually by phone call or SMS. Please keep your phone reachable after you order.

We may hold, change or cancel an order, and tell you why, if for example:

• the product or size is out of stock;
• we cannot reach you on the phone number you gave;
• the address or details look wrong or incomplete;
• the order looks fake, abusive or repeated, or the delivery check on the phone number shows many failed or refused parcels;
• the mobile number has been blocked by us for misuse.

To prevent misuse, a mobile number can have only a small number of waiting (not yet confirmed) orders at the same time. If you need another order, please contact us.

We accept Cash on Delivery. You pay the full amount shown on your order (products plus delivery charge) in cash to the delivery person when you receive the parcel. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Refusing a parcel without a good reason, or not being there to receive it again and again, costs us money and may lead us to refuse your future orders.

• We deliver all over Bangladesh through courier companies. The delivery charge depends on your district and is shown at checkout. Free delivery applies only when the website shows it for your order.
• Delivery times are estimates, usually 2 to 3 working days inside Dhaka and 2 to 4 working days outside Dhaka after we confirm the order. Holidays, bad weather and courier delays can make it longer.
• Please check the parcel when you receive it. If it is damaged or wrong, tell us straight away and do not throw the packaging away.

• You can cancel an order before it is sent to the courier by contacting us as soon as possible.
• If you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong product, contact us right away with your order number and a photo. We will exchange it or refund you, and we pay the return delivery in that case.
• For other returns or exchanges, such as a size that does not fit, contact us soon after delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. We decide each request case by case and tell you what is possible.
• Refunds are made in the way we agree with you when we accept the return.

A coupon code can have a minimum order amount, an expiry date, a limit on how many times it can be used and a limit of one use for each phone number. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash. We may stop a coupon or offer at any time, and we may cancel a discount that was gained by misusing the rules.

You can sign up with your mobile number, which we confirm with a code sent by SMS. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done with your account. We may switch off or block an account, and stop orders from its mobile number, if it is misused. You can delete your account yourself in My Account; your past orders stay in our records.

Please do not try to break the website, collect its data with automated tools, place fake orders, use another person's details without permission or do anything unlawful. We may block anyone who does.

The name, logo, pictures, texts and design on this website belong to Avenue 100 or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them for business without our written permission.

We work hard to keep the website correct and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, or for delays caused by couriers, weather or other things outside our control. Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be limited.

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest change, and an order is covered by the terms that were shown when it was placed. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh decide any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to each other first.
