This page explains what personal information Avenue 100 collects when you use our website, why we collect it, who it is shared with and what choices you have. By using the website or placing an order you agree to this policy.
We collect only what we need to sell and deliver clothes to you:
We do not sell your personal information.
We share your information only with the services that help us run the shop, and only what they need:
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers and staff.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Signing in, the cart and checkout may not work properly without them.
The names, phone numbers and addresses of customers and orders are stored in encrypted form in our database. Passwords are never stored as text. The website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and only people who need it can open the admin panel, each with their own login and limited access.
No website or storage is completely safe, so we cannot promise absolute security. If you think your account was misused, please tell us at once.
We keep order information for as long as it is needed for delivery, returns, support, accounting and legal reasons. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Unfinished checkouts are kept only as long as they are useful for helping you complete the order.
The website is made for people who are old enough to place orders themselves; it is not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has created an account or given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new policy.
